    This return policy only applies to you if you are a Consumer

    You are a Consumer hereunder if you contract with us as a private individual for a purpose that is outside your trade, business or profession

    RETURN POLICY FOR CONSUMERS

    You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) within a period of one 14 days without stating any reasons or – if you received the goods before the expiration of the 14 days period – by returning the goods

    The 14 day period starts after receipt of this information in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email), however in case of services not prior to contract formation or in case of goods not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of repeating delivery of identical goods not prior to the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not prior to fulfilling our obligation to inform you pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312e Section 1 Sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB

    Dispatch of the cancellation notice or the goods within the 14 day period suffices to comply with the time limit

    Only if not shipped by parcel (eg bulky goods) you can declare the return through a repurchase request in writing

    To meet the deadline satisfies the timely dispatch of the goods or the demand for a return

    The cancellation notice needs to be sent and the goods need to be returned to:

    CONSEQUENCES OF RETURN

    If the withdrawal is validly exercised, each party must return the consideration received and all benefits gained (e.g. interest)

    If you are unable to return the received consideration in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you are required to compensate us if applicable

    Therefore, in case of services rendered by HighFidelity, you may be required to fulfill your payment obligation with regard to the time period prior to your withdrawal

    This does not apply with regard to goods if the deterioration is due to testing - as it would have been possible in our store

    Obligations to refund payments received have to be fulfilled within 30 days

    The 14 day period starts for you with dispatch of your withdrawal notice or return of the goods, for us with their receipt


    EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT TO RETURN

    The return does not apply to contracts for supply of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not due to their condition suitable for a return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed, the delivery of audio - or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you and the supply of newspapers and magazines (unless you have submitted their contract agreement for the supply of newspapers and magazines by phone)
