In our Online Store we offer you two Mail-Order Firms which you can choose from when ordering! Both have been tested for many years and we have sent out about 2000 parcels till now. Only two were lost, but as we only send insured we got a refund

For the calculation of the shipping costs we use the DHL module in our Online Store. It calculates the shipping rates automatically for delivery to all countries depending on the weight of the parcel
Parcels are only insured up to 500.00EUR when sent via Air Mail and the price depends on the Destination Zone

If you are not present at the delivery of the parcel, the Deliverer tries it three times and then the parcel will be sent back to us! If you like delivery to another Shipping Address (maybe your Neighbor your Office Address or a person you trust) you can add these Address when ordering

RETURNS - IMPORTANT NOTICE
On receipt of the parcel please check your order generally for transport damage, open the parcel in front of the delivery agent and sign the receiving of the parcel only when it is without any damage. Otherwise it is not possible to get any money back! If the parcel is damaged or the content of the parcel file a complaint with the delivering agent immediately. Either refuse acceptance and return damaged parcel to remitter, or send a copy of your complaint to us with a short description of damage. After receipt, we will replace items immediately. In case of defective items, please return items marked FRAGILE and pre advice us by telephone, by fax or eMail. On your choice, we will reimburse you by credit to your account or replace the item
